HANDMADE NEAPOLITAN STYLE PIZZA

We're a duo from Nottingham, combining our passion for baking and our quest to create the perfect slice. Our visits to family in Italy, particularly in the lovely city of Salerno near Napoli and the Amalfi Coast, sparked our enthusiasm for pizza, especially the classic Neapolitan style. We decided to take a leap of faith and purchased a vintage horse trailer named Bluey, which we dedicated our evenings and weekends to renovating, regardless of the weather! She's a stunning shade of blue, reminiscent of the Amalfi skies on a summer evening.

Our favourite experiences involve gathering with friends and family to enjoy delicious meals, whether it's BBQs on the beach or reconnecting with Nonna at her kitchen table. This inspired us to create a special way to unite people—through the joy of eating and sharing pizzas. We aimed to break away from the ordinary and express our creativity with our pizzas, using our outdoor pizza oven in various settings: the garden, the countryside, on camping trips, or at the beach. After extensive research, brainstorming, and experimenting with high-quality ingredients, we baked countless pizzas to refine our menu. Now, we're thrilled to share our creations with you!
